Products, prices, and availability
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, sale periods, and stock status accurate. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the site states otherwise. Product availability can change before an order is confirmed. If an item or displayed price is incorrect, we will contact you before fulfilling the order so you can decide whether to proceed.
Orders and payment
Placing an order sends a request to purchase the selected items. We may contact you to confirm availability and delivery details. Checkout currently offers cash on delivery; any delivery charge shown during checkout is included in the displayed total. Do not enter payment-card information in the order notes.
Delivery
Enter a reachable phone number and accurate delivery address. Delivery availability, timing, and charges depend on the destination and product and will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation. If delivery cannot be arranged, we will contact you to discuss the options.
Returns and product issues
If you wish to return a product or report a problem, email Voltify04@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. The store advertises a 30-day returns window; please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can explain the applicable process and product conditions. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access another customer's account or information. Product images, branding, and site content are provided for shopping and information; they may not be reused in a way that misrepresents VOLTIFY or its products.
